Fair Use
- Prohibited:
- attempts to circumvent security measures or decompile the Application,
- automated mass downloading of data,
- using the Application in a manner that disrupts the Service.
Liability
- The Service is provided “as is.” The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administrator is not liable for any loss of profits or indirect damages. This does not exclude liability arising from mandatory provisions of law.
Termination and Account Deletion
- The User may delete their Account at any time (from within the application or by contacting [email protected]).
- Deleting the Account removes data from production systems, and data in backups is overwritten in accordance with the retention cycle (see the Privacy Policy).
- The Administrator may terminate access to the Service in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
- The Administrator may amend the Terms for important reasons (changes in law, Service functionality, security). Notice of changes will be provided in advance via the Application/e‑mail.
- Continued use after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
Governing Law and Disputes
- Polish law governs these Terms.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator’s registered office, subject to mandatory provisions on consumer jurisdiction.
